From the left menu, select “Creative Briefs”.
From the Creative Brief page, select “New Creative Brief”. A modal window will load.
The following fields make up the brief:
- Creative Brief Title: The name of the asset to be created
- Draft Due & Final Due: First draft review & final draft due date
- Asset Type: Select the type of asset to be created ( I can add more options if needed)
- Designer: Ashley Hickey
- SI Team Members: Anyone who will sign off on the deliverable.
- Note: All of you are able to view all Creative Briefs. All SI Team Members will be notified of updates.
- Tags: Used for searching and filtering if desired
- Deliverables Requested/ Intended Use: What we are making e.g. Social media graphic for use on Twitter, Linked In
- I combined these two as they are often duplicated.
- Target Audience: No change
- Dimensions / Format: Size of the image and format
- Note: Size does not need to be populated if social media, mail chimp, or web.
- Brand Adherence: Only populate if non-standard brand, e.g. JIC
- Social Tags: Only Populate if non-standard hashtags are needed.
- Canva: Designer to populate
- Folder Link: Paste the link to the Google Drive folder containing the assets and set the “Title” to “Link”. Select Apply.
- Creative Brief Description: All relevant information. I recommend typing this information in a Google Doc and paste it here.
Select, Save. I will receive a notification that there is a new Creative Brief assigned to me.
